Yesterday, occasion of saint Joseph, was Father Day here in Italy. I had an half pear seating in the fridge and starting to look at little tired, so I decided to prepare some cooked pears for today dinner.

Ingredients:
3 + ½ pears (a fruit for each person)
1 wine glass of red wine
2 wine glasses of water (but now I think that only 1 it would be better)
1 coffee spoon of cinnamon
2 cloves
1 table spoon of sugar
